The addition of an inbuilt teleconverter makes a good deal of optical sense since it can be specifically designed and tuned to the lens in which it is being employed. The natural fit for this lens seems to be sports photographers and nature photographers. Great thing, though sealing could be a little better. Birds are perhaps the most difficult subject to photograph and it takes hours and hours of practice to perfect your techniques. You can seek an exchange of a different size or color.

- When following very active subjects, image stabilization can be disturbing, because then you get a choppy viewfinder image.
